  19. C by Dissection is a good beginning/intermediate book, it talked a little 
  20. about makefiles, structures and of course pointers.  I heard the third 
  21. editionis already out.  We were using the second edition when I was taking 
  22. the C class last year.  It is written by Al Kelley & Ira Pohl, published by
